Ihr Zugang und die Nutzung des Gremien- und Projektmanagements der DECHEMA, ProMeta,
unterliegt den nachfolgenden Bedingungen. Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedingungen sorgfältig durch.
Daten und Dokumente von denen Sie durch Benutzung von ProMeta und der DECHEMA-Datenbank
Kenntnis erhalten dürfen ausschließlich von DECHEMA Gremien-Mitgliedern und zu Zwecken der
Zusammenarbeit in der DECHEMA bzw. von der DECHEMA und anderen Fachgesellschaften
gemeinsam organisierten Gremien benutzt werden. Alle Informationen der DECHEMA-Datenbank
sind vertraulich zu behandeln.

Insbesondere ist die Weitergabe von Zugangsdaten strikt untersagt. Mitglieder und Gäste von
DECHEMA-Gremien bzw. von der DECHEMA und anderen Fachgesellschaften gemeinsam
organisierten Gremien erhalten jeweils eine eigene Zugangskennung. Jeder Nutzer hat
sicherzustellen, dass keine unautorisierte Person Kenntnis von seiner persönlichen Zugangskennung
erhält. Das Ausscheiden aus einem Gremium oder einem Projekt ist mit einem sofortigen Löschen der
persönlichen Zugangsrechte verbunden.

Zur Vermeidung der Schaffung neuheitsschädlicher Tatbestände, die die Rechtsbeständigkeit von
Patenten gefährden könnten, erklärt der Nutzer, dass er alle im Rahmen von Gremiensitzungen
erhaltenen Informationen dieser Art geheim halten wird. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte oder der Bezug
auf solche Informationen beispielsweise in Forschungsvorhaben ist nur mit dem Einverständnis des
Urhebers dieser Informationen zulässig. In Zweifelfragen gibt die DECHEMA-Geschäftsstelle nähere
Auskünfte.

Der Nutzer erklärt sein Einverständnis, dass seine persönlichen Daten zur Verwaltung von DECHEMA-
bzw. von der DECHEMA gemeinsam mit anderen Fachgesellschaften organisierten Gremien
gespeichert und zur Organisation der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb dieser Gremienlandschaft genutzt
werden. Insbesondere sind für andere Mitglieder der Gremien, in denen der Nutzer Mitglied ist, die
Adressdaten und Daten zur Sitzungsteilnahme des Nutzers einsehbar.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass obwohl die Software ProMeta Sicherheitsvorkehrungen nach dem aktuellen
Stand der Technik anwendet, keine Garantie für die absolute Sicherheit ihrer gespeicherten Daten
übernommen werden kann.

Ebenfalls kann keine Garantie für die Korrektheit, der in ProMeta gespeicherten Daten übernommen
werden.

User Agreement English

Access and use of the DECHEMA Committee and Project Management System "ProMeta"
are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
Data and documents to which you have access through using the DECHEMA database
and "ProMeta" may only be used by members of DECHEMA, for the purpose of
collaboration within DECHEMA or committees jointly organized by DECHEMA.

All information in the DECHEMA database is confidential.

In particular, it is strictly prohibited to pass on access codes. Members and guests of
DECHEMA are given personal access codes. Each user has to ensure that his/her
personal access code to the system is not disclosed to any unauthorized person.
Termination of DECHEMA membership or of a project automatically entails immediate
deletion of personal access rights to ProMeta.

The user declares that he/she will keep secret all information and matters of fact that
might be prejudicial to the novelty of intellectual property rights to which he/she has
access at DECHEMA committee meetings. The transfer of such information to third
parties or public reference to such information, e.g. in research projects, requires the
consent of the proprietor of the information.

If you have any questions with respect to intellectual property, please contact the
DECHEMA office.

The user agrees that his/her personal data will be stored for DECHEMA administration
purposes and will be solely used within the network to fulfil the given tasks. This includes
explicitly that the address and meeting participation data of the user will be visible to other
members of the groups in which the user is a member.

Please note that, although the ProMeta software deploys state-of-the-art security, we
cannot assume liability for the absolute security of your stored data. We also cannot
assume liability for the correctness of the data stored in the system.

Your registration in this network implies that you acknowledge the above terms and
conditions.
